It’s in our industry-leading grain processing plants that the real magic happens: from cooking to steaming, cracking to coating, we’ll process grain to your exact specification to deliver a high-quality, consistent finished product, every time.

What We Do


Kibbled grains

Add texture, flavour and fibre to your loaves with kibbled wheat, barley and rye.

Kibbled grain is a staple ingredient for bakers producing ‘bread with bits’. Using either raw, toasted or malted grains we can offer a range of cut sizes. The final product is nutty and flavourful, with a chewy, rustic texture – perfect for both bakery inclusions and topping applications.

We process the following grains for our range of kibbled grains:

  • Wheat
  • Barley
  • Rye
  • Spelt
  • Einkorn
  • Triticale
