Kibbled grain is a staple ingredient for bakers producing ‘bread with bits’. Using either raw, toasted or malted grains we can offer a range of cut sizes. The final product is nutty and flavourful, with a chewy, rustic texture – perfect for both bakery inclusions and topping applications.
